Notification
An amendment of CITES regarding the new regulation of export of rosewood(Dalbergia spp.)
took effective on the 2nd of January.
This guitar/bass contains rosewood. Permission of export granted by the Ministry of Economy,
Trade and Industry are mandatory.
The application will be submitted AFTER your purchase,
so
it will take approximately 2 weeks(Business days) until it gets ready to be shipped.
We are not able to ship the item unless it passes the approval.
By purchasing a guitar which contains rosewood without permission granted by the METI of Japan,
you will be punished by imprisonment with work not exceeding five years or
a fine based on Customs Law, in addition to confiscation of the item in question.
Also, commercial sellers who repeatedly export guitars which contain rosewood without permission knowing
it is illegal shall be punished and imposed an embargo as soon as the authorities detect them.
The customs inspection concerning detection of illegally shipped guitars is getting more and more strict.
Even if some of them pass through customs,
your purchase identified as violation by CITES may be found guilty by applicable laws of your country.
Import of non-permitted rosewood musical instruments is very risky and may put you (the consignee) at risk.
With full of experience in the application, we promise you the fast and certain procedure with,
of course, the safe and speedy shipment.
For the reason above, we are not able to change your shipping address after a payment is completed.
Please be careful before purchase.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
