ich hätte auch mal nen text den sich vielleicht jemand mit ein bisschen mehr ahnung mal anschauen könnte ... und evtl auch fehler zu berichtigen mein englisch ist nicht das beste
"soll" alles so in richtung melodic hardcore gehen:

das thema gabs schon öfters (ich glaub in den texten von All Shall Perish gehts fast nie um was anderes). der text ist sehr direkt, aber an manchen stellen merkt man, dass es an wortschatz fehlt. wie wärs, wenn du den text in deutsch verfasst? ich glaube fast, dass du damit direkter aussagen könntest, was du meinst und die "harte" aussprache von deutsch passt auch besser zu hardcore (und dem thema).

Ja der wortschatz 9.klasse schulenglisch .... deutsch haben wir schon einmal versucht aber ich finde das das einfach nicht dazu passt. es soll auch kein "richtiger" hardcore song werden sondern eher in richtung skatepunk, politischer melodichardcore.
jemand noch andere anmerkungen?

Eigentlich nicht - es gibt viele elementare Fehler vor allem bei der Bildung von Fragen. Die hat Bree angetackert.

Also: noch mal drüber gehen und neue Version posten.

Ob man nun auf englisch singt oder deutsch ist keine leichte Entscheidung, aber eine wichtige. Dazu - und zu mehr Themen bezüglich Songtexten - findest Du in einem workshop hier auf dem Board (link in meiner Signatur). Einmal reinschauen lohnt bestimmt.
Für mich persönlich wäre eine wichtige Frage, wen Du eigentlich mit dem Text erreichen willst. Wenn das ein vorwiegend deutsches Publikum ist, dann ist Englisch für beide Seiten - Autor und Publikum - ein Umweg, der nicht sein muss und aus meiner Sicht keine Vorteile bringt.

Einige Stellen bzw. Fragen finde ich auch nicht wirklich treffend - beispielsweise die Frage, wieviele Fäuste man noch recken muss/wir (wer immer dieses wir ist ...), damit sich etwas ändert. Angesichts der Tatsache, dass jeder nur zwei Fäuste hat, gibt es da einfach nicht viele Möglichkeiten. Vermutlich geht es eher darum, wie oft man die Fäuste - als Symbol der Empörung und des Wiederstands - wohl recken muss oder wieviele Menschen ihre Fäuste recken müssen, damit (endlich) etwas (was eigentlich?) passiert.

Insgesamt finde ich den Text gut, gerade weil er bei den Fragen bleibt. Er ist nicht sonderlich originell - weder sprachlich noch inhaltlich - aber das Thema und Anliegen kommt rüber und ich denke, dass es Dir wesentlich darum geht: dass der Inhalt bzw. das Thema rüberkommt. Ob dabei die englische Sprache wirklich hilfreich ist?
