Hi guys - at least some of you... Are you nuts?? This is funniest thing ever so far. We measure and calculate each single saddle individually and mount them by hand! We do the same regarding hand cutting of nut. Do you even know that saddles have the same width and strings are thicker and thicker? So if we'd use the same SADDLES spacing you have smaller and smaller STRINGS spacing. Strings are NOT perpendicular (amazing news, right?). Anyone would like to have such guitar where strings are closer and closer to each other? Yeah we can make such guitar - but we'd consider equal SADDLES spacing and smaller and smaller STRINGS spacing as FAIL then! ALL these saddles have progressive increase of spacing - check please bridge neck pickup's polepieces spacing - you just notice bigger spacing for last 3 saddles because last strings are really thicker but spacing starts to grow from second saddle. Yeah - you cannot see such thing in cheap or factory guitars. Why? Because no one making 100 guitars per day would measure each 0,1mm change of string thickness - BUT WE DO. Besides of luthiery we're all here at Skervesen Guitars guitar players so WE KNOW WHAT WE'RE DOING. Some of you guys - do you even play your guitars??... Excuse emotional comment but how someone can treat extra feature and accuracy that you cannot find in 99% factory guitars as a bug?? That indicates your level of knowledge about luthiery, not ours. Check other our pics of multiscale Skervesens - you'll find it in each one. Have a nice day and let everyone having today not bigger problem than this one.
Was ich immer wissen wollte: Bei PRS ist die Bundabrichtung ja perfekt, da spürt man beim rüberstreichen am Halsrand nichts von den Bundstäbchen. Bei Gibson
ist das ja inzwischen dank Plek genauso.i
