Progressive Metal - Was hört ihr da gerne in die Richtung ?

Wollt hier mal zum Sammeln einladen, da mich der Bereich interessiert.

So an Hand der Bands sieht man ja worum es ungefähr geht.

Kategorien sollen etwa helfen Einteilung ist trotzdem recht schwierig.

aropos Black Metal empfehlen könnt ich da Nocte Obducta! Sehr abwechslungsreich mit auch ruhigeren Passagen und weit entfernt vom "satan grim trveness of northern darkness" Klische! ^^

So denk mal wir sammeln mal lustig weiter, wäre super wenn dimebag das am Ende mal oben einfügen würde, da ich das nicht mehr änder kann.

Joah Dream Theater und fates Warning würd ich jetzt nicht unbedingt reinnehmen, ist nicht wirklich modern

Sammel das halt hauptsächlich da ich bei den alten Sachen viel kenne, wovon mir aber wenig zusagt gerade bei den Sachen mit hohen Gesang.

ISIS und co hat ich jetzt nicht aufgenommen da das halt ein eigener Bereich ist/recht weit (in den Post-ROck führt).
Bei diesen Bands steht ja auch die Epik/Atmosphäre und nicht so die technik im Vordergrund.

Hör solche Bands aber auch gerne.
