Yet another blues

eigentlich finde ich die Idee https://www.musiker-board.de/groups/362-eigene+lyrics.html gar nicht schlecht.

Da Thomas aber, trotz "Letzte Aktivität 14.07.2010 17:10:02" wohl im Urlaub ist, und die Forumssoftware zudem nicht alle Mitglieder oben genannter Gruppe anzeigt (wahrscheinlich muckt mein Browser Firefox. 3.6.6 bloss), poste ich mal einen banalen Bluestext auf eine ebenso banale Bluesimprovisation.

Wir hatten viel Spass (beim Improvosieren und ich später beim Text)

Here we are standing grooving, trying to do it again
Uli plays some new chords, Thomas L., he plays the bass
Thomas S. on the lead guitar, thanks the lord he has the blues,
And Dieter on the drums, he will support us soon
Me myself, I had some problems with the text,
That the reason, why we are, playing, just another blues.

Don't you know my neighbour, he has a brand new car,
Mama didn't cook potatoes, that's why I cry so far,
I lost a dollar yesterday, on my way to school
the doctor no, he didn't help me, leaves me as the fool
I hate to stand here, if I got nothing to say,
This blues, it is so silly, but no one really cares about.

Nee, war nur Proberaum.

NIx schlimmes - nur paar Anregungen


Here we are standing grooving, trying to do it again
"Here we stand grooving" (glaube ich). Oder ein Komma zwischen standing grooving, dann wäre es aber eine Aufzählung

Das "the" vor dem lead guitar würde ich weglassen
And Dieter on the drums, he will support us soon
Die Satzstellung "will support us soon" klingt ein bisschen un-englisch. Ich habe aber leider momantan keine ALternative parat
Me myself, I had some problems with the text,
Ich musikalischen Zusammenhang würde man statt Text eher von "Lyrics" oder vielleicht "Words" wählen.
That's the reason, why we are, playing, just another blues.
Haben die vielen Kommata einen bestimmten Zweck?

Deine Einwände sind berechtigt / überlegenswert.

Die Kommata haben eigentlich nix mit Englsich zu tun, sondern sind für mich ein Hinweis zur Melodieführung.
