die änderungen in der FW sind für mich auch nicht wichtig. habs am großen pult trotzdem gemacht - problemlos. am core mache ich es morgen oder montag, das ist heute im einsatz.

das update von X32-edit fällt aber erstmal positiv ins auge mit einigen neuen buttons und einem vollbildmodus

danke jürgen - ist aber heute abend indoor und von daher eh gut, dass es kräftig abgekühlt ist - nächstes wochenende sind wir open-air unterwegs, da wärs schon fein, wenns trocken bliebe.

Ich hatte die letzten drei Tage ein Openair zu betreuen. Am ersten Tag fegte eine Orkanboe eine Seite der PA, Nexo Alpha, zwei Subs und drei Tops je Seite, um. Das Amping war komplett nass und bei den Tops war fraglich welche noch funktionieren. Es wurde kurzerhand fast das ganze Zeug ausgetauscht und wir konnten dann trotzdem pünktlich anfangen, obwohl halt keine Pause zwischen Soundcheck und der Veranstaltung blieb.
Gestern wars schön und heute kam der Wolkenbruch kurz vor dem Ende des Konzertes. Um es mit den Worten der Schifahrer zu sagen: "Openair ist halt ein Freiluftsport".
BTW: heute spielte Troker, eine echt 'fette' Kombo aus Mexiko. Die hatten dann überraschenderweise dann doch einen Techniker mit und, obwohl im Rider so die üblichen Kanditaten wie Digico, Midas, Vi standen, kam der auch ganz gut mit dem X32 zurecht. Eine Rückfrage ergab, dass er das inzwischen oft auf den Bühnen zwischen Pazifik und Ural antrifft und das auch ok findet.

Morgen werde ich mir mal die Updates 'antun'. Mal sehen ob sie nächste Woche verwendet werden.

hoffentlich ist es nicht Dein Schaden mit der Anlage!? Der Rider war sicherlich ein veralteter Druck, im nächsten steht dann "X thirty-two only" - ganz sicher .

hab grad mal die neue x32 Edit runtergeladen und auprobiert. Funktioniert bei euch die Skalierung auf Vollbildmodus? Wenn ich auf das "+" für Erweitern klicke, wird eine Teil der Ansicht skaliert, die Channelstrips und die Fader verschwinden aber... sieht dann so aus:

Ich habe das "Problem" am PC-Monitor (Auflösung 1920x1080 / 23") auch ! Mein Eindruck ist, dass nativ ein Seitenverhältnis von 4:3 vorliegt, sodass sich bei mir untenstehende screenshots ergeben. Links im Bild bei Nutzung des "+"-Buttons (Auto), rechts im Bild mit manuellem upscaling....

The Behringer X32-EDIT 2.5 is the latest editing software update created specifi cally for Behringer’s
X32 series of digital mixing consoles. This update provides powerful remote control for all functions, as
well as off -line editing and show preparation. X32-EDIT communicates via UDP/OSC protocol through
the X32 Ethernet port, and facilitates the remote control or setting of virtually all functions of the X32
console. Real-time level meters are displayed for all audio channels, along with user-defi ned icons and
names. The top left section mimics the console’s main display, while the lower part represents the
channel fader sections. All elements closely emulate the X32 operation, and hence allow for operational
training sessions – even when the console is unavailable for hands-on experience.
It is possible to edit multiple consoles on the same network concurrently via several instances
of X32-EDIT, by selecting their individual IP addresses. It is also possible to run several instances of
X32-EDIT and X32-MIX (for iPad) concurrently on several devices, with all controlling the same X32
console. The X32-EDIT communication is optimized for the support of up to four wired network clients
per X32 console. We recommend using the X32-MIX application for iOS6 wireless control via your
Apple iPad.

V 2.5 features improved graphics routines for better performance on the recent Apple Mac OSX 10.11
operating system. It also fi xes some small glitches, including the issue when remote controlling the
application via MCU and selecting EQ on a DCA. The GUI scaling control on Setup/global now also
supports scaling down to 800 pixels width, specifi cally for tiny displays such as the new RPi2-display.

operating system. The Version 2.16 fi rmware improves the main display UI refresh and fi xes some
smaller glitches.
BEHRINGER is constantly adding new features and making enhancements to this extremely stable
operating system, so that you always experience the best possible performance from your X32.

Note: It is recommended that you backup all data (export Show and Libraries to USB) before updating,
as a fi rmware upgrade may erase data currently stored on your X32. Please be aware that fi rmware 2.16
should be used with X32-Edit 2.5 on PC / Mac / Linux computers in wired networks, and with X32-Mix
2.2 or higher on Apple iPads (min. iOS 7) for wireless networking.

das ist ja der hammer!! hab' zwar noch nicht im detail geschaut, aber wenn ich dran denke, daß es hier mal diskussionen darüber gab, ob so langsam das ende der fahnenstange für die software weiterentwicklung dieser hardwarelinie erreicht sei ... gab!

es ist tatsächlich so, dass man offline keine anzeige für den recorder hat. ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass behringer den vergessen hat. da ich leider im moment die neue FW nicht installieren kann, mangels meines pultes, welches ja zur reparatur ist, schreib doch bitte mal jemand, der die FW und die Edit updated hat, ob der recorder viellleicht nur im online-status angezeigt wird?
