I don't have a problem with these amps
not being BrandNew... it's indeed slightly puzzling why the manual & robot-card were missing, but that might simply have been included for first runs only ? The box seemed untampered, and the amp itself does not look reburbished either. And I can't imagine they opened the box to pull the paperwork.
Just curious, from which age does '
NOS' (New Old Stock) apply ? In ten years time T. or somebody else might be selling these 2014 amps at elevated NOS-prices

Finally, let's be glad Fender didn't give these amps bleeder resistors then.
As far as I've always understood it, most caps have longer shelf-life when charged. Joking here, can't imagine the caps they used are
that good that they keep change for months.
Caps I
do know (& felt...) manage to keep charge for at least several weeks (see story somewhere above), but that's probably quality from another era.
