Fand auch, dass das richtig gut klingt....also das letzte was ich gut fand war Supremacy. Und jetzt aufs Neue bin ich doch schon gespannt. Aber live sind sie immer wieder der Hammer...hab sie zwar noch auf keiner Einzelshow gesehen aber schon auf 3 Festivals^^

hoffe wird mal wieder ordentliches geballer wie auf den erste alben

habe sie noch nie live gesehen, daher denke ich werde ich die chance
anfang des jahres mal ergreifen. einmal hatebreed ist ja auch schon fast ein muss

soll heißen, als ich sie vor nem haöben jahr oder so live gesehen hab (vor 13 zahlenden gästen...) war so offensichtloich wie tod und ausgelaugt die band ist und ihrem eigenen anspruch einfahc nicht mehr gerecht werdne kann, dass es eine qual ist dabei zuzusehen. auf platte hab ich von denen seit der misfortunes schon nichts mehr erwartet...

Hm ok. Weight Of The World kann man als belanglos sehen. Black Mass war mal was anderes, mir hats irgendwo gefallen.

Die Swingin Utters bringen bald wieder was neues.

Swingin' Utters have revealed the details for their upcoming 2013 release. The record will be titled Poorly Formed and is due for a February 19, 2013 release via Fat Wreck Chords. Swingin' Utters guitarist, Darius Koski, detailed the new record as well as touring plans:

Our new record was written pretty quickly, more so than anything we've done in the past. One of the reasons, I think, was that Jack [Dalrymple] had several songs in various stages of completeness, but once he decided to give Johnny [Bonnel] the music, and have Johnny write the lyrics and vocal melody to his instrumentation, things started to fly… So there are several of these Johnny/Jack songs on the record (which marks the first songs Jack's written with us). In that way, it was a brand new writing process for us, so it was pretty exciting, and we're really happy with the way all of these songs came out in the end. Mixing with Chris Dugan was an added bonus, and we really hope we can work with him again! We'll be on the west coast in March, as well as a few NoCal record release shows in late February. We're planning on hitting everywhere else in the US (and Canada too!) by the end of the summer. We're going to Australia with Frank Turner and the Dropkick Murphys for a few days in early April (our first time on that continent!), and heading to Europe in July. Hopefully Japan sometime in the fall.

Alexisonfire

Alexisonfire will release a new EP titled Death Letter on December 4, 2012 via Dine Alone Records, just in time for their farewell tour. The EP will feature six songs from AOF's back catalogue reworked by co-vocalists Wade MacNeil (now of Gallows and still of Black Lungs) and Dallas Green (of City and Colour). The band and label recently acquired publishing rights for their back catalogue, and Dine Alone hints that more special releases could be on the horizon.

Deafheaven

Deathwish Inc. is saying that shoegaze/black metal/hardcore outfit Deafheaven will be recording their sophomore full length in January 2013. The acclaimed band will be working at Atomic Garden with producer Jack Shirley who also worked with the band on 2011's Roads to Judah. The band will spend five days recording the album which they're calling Sunbather and vocalist George Clarke said this:

While the new material is more developed, we've strayed from what was previously a more melancholic approach. The black metal aspect to our music is prevalent in the new material, but I don't think it's necessarily the focus this time around. There are a lot of harsh, dark vibes on Sunbather, but don't be surprised at how lush and rock-driven, even pop-driven certain aspects will be.

The band closed out 2012 with the November 20, 2012 release of a split with Bosse-De-Nage.

An sich nicht schlecht die Band und cool das die aus Leipzig sind usw
aber das altbewährte Problem bleibt bestehen.

Ich kann mir den Gesang einfach nicht lange anhören.
