VOX Tonelab ST Startup-Problem!

Hello Folks!
ich hab ein akutes Problem mit meinem Vox Tonelab ST.
Und zwar kann ich es aus heiterem Himmel nicht mehr starten. Jedes mal, wenn ich es einschalte, blinkt auf dem Display "Er" und alle LED's leuchten. Mehr nicht, kann an allen Reglern drehen, nüschts passiert... Kennt einer von euch das Problem bzw kann mir helfen?

Restoring the factory settings
Here's how to restore the ToneLab ST to its factory-set state.
NOTE: This operation will initialize the programs you've
saved, returning all of them to the factory-set programs.
1. Turn the power off.
2. While holding down the EXIT/TUNE switch and EXP
PARAM screen, turn the power on.
3. When the UP/DOWN pedal LEDs blink, release the
switches.
HINT: If you decide to cancel this procedure, press the EXIT/
TUNE switch.
4. Press the WRITE switch.
Initialization will be completed, the program display will
indicate "0";.
NOTE: Never turn the power off while initialization is being performed
