Monitor auf Track aktiv - klingt blechern mit return tracks

Hallo an alle,

Ich habe ein Problem mit der Aufnahme von midi Noten in Ableton Live.
Sobald ich für einen Track (hier Geist VST) das Monitoring aktiviere (Knopf=rot und Monitor=In), höre ich versch. Rückkopplugen/Dopplungen des Sounds (es klingt blechern).
Wenn ich dann die die Return-Tracks mute, wirds besser/ist weg.

Dabei möchte ich eigentlich nur die "Aufnahme aktivieren", um Noten mit einem Keyboard/Pad senden zu können. Aktiviere ich das Monitoring nicht, so empfängt der Track auch keine Midi Noten.

Gibt es einen anderen Weg, einen Track zum MIDI Empfang zu bewegen?
Und was hat es mit dem verdoppelten Sound (bei aktiven) Return Spuren auf sich - Ich glaube ich mache etwas falsch Weiss vielleicht jemand was das sein könnte?

[h=3]Abstract[/h]Playthrough Optimization is necessary to achieve low latencies on armed tracks in combination with Delay Compensation.

[h=3]Tutorial[/h]Live automatically compensates for delays caused by Live devices and plug-in instruments/effects used on tracks, including return tracks.
The Delay Compensation delays all tracks corresponding to the track which has the highest latency (introduced by the devices/plug-ins).
This ensures, that all tracks are perfectly in sync but may result in a overall higher latency.
In order to still play software instruments with the smallest possible latency and to achieve a 'tight' musical feel for the instrument, the 'Playthough Optimization' is necessary: This function deactivates the mentioned latency compensation for armed tracks (for monitoring/recording) - these tracks will only have the latency which is introduced by the audio driver and the software instrument/effects on those armed tracks. The trade-off for this function can be e.g. that the Arpeggiator is not in sync with the rest of the set anymore.
This problem can be solved this way:

• deactivate the Delay Compensation in Live's Options menu
  or
  
• deactivate the Playthrough Optimization with the Options.txt entry: -StrictDelayCompensation

Was hast du denn auf den Return gelegt? Hört sich einfach nach unvorteilhafter einstellung der effekte an. Wenn du nichts auf dem Return hast und einfach nur das Signal verdoppelst, kann es zu Phasenverschiebungen kommen. Leg doch mal einen Utility Invert auf die Return Spur.
