Midi control backing tracks mit bitstream

Hi,
I want to control with the bitstream 3x the keyboard of my labtop.
That means, the different keys for ex. to skip to different songs
with the arrow-keys forward backward(cursor-keys ◄ &#9658 or PLAY with the "P"-key...
How are the parameters for the bitstream 3x?
I want to shuffle songs with the bitstream for playing live with backing tracks on my pc!!!
My second question: I want to control with the midi foot pedal/controller
"Brandsteatter&Rebholz Fp1" the bitstream.
I´ve arrived that the bitstrem receive for button 01 on the foot board snapshot
01 on the bitstream... What next?
