Kann man den guitarport auch für bass benutzen oder gibts was vergleichbares nur fürn bass?

"Although GuitarPort was designed to be used with electric guitars, a bass guitar can be connected to the GuitarPort input jack. Naturally, because all of the amp models in GuitarPort are modeled after guitar amps, the results achieved with a bass guitar may be less then satisfying. Please keep in mind that many bass guitars feature active pickups that may overdrive and possibly damage the input of the GuitarPort."

Will there be a Bass GuitarPort?
"Although the amp models in GuitarPort are mainly associated with guitar use, they can also be used with a bass guitar. If downloading of amp models is supported in future versions, it would be possible to use the same technology to download bass-specific amp models as well. There are currently no plans to create bass-centric online content (ie "no bass" versions of the tracks in our library), although this might be supported in the future. Continue to check the Line 6 website for news about the latest GuitarPort software updates."
