ein text mit einem klaren thema: das lyrische Ich wurde verlassen und versucht jetzt damit klar zu kommen, schwankt zwischen verschiedenen gefühlen und will seine ehemalige liebe wieder zurück haben. bezeichnend vielleicht, dass ihm nicht wesentlich mehr dazu einfällt als dass es IHM besser gehen würde. mag sein - aber ist nicht SIE gegangen und gibt es keine gründe dafür? man muss und braucht nicht alles zu erklären - die emotionale situation des lyrischen Ich ist jedenfalls klar, aber viel weiter darüber hinaus geht der text nicht.
was mir unklar ist, sind die stellen, wo beschrieben wird, dass SIE aufhören kann/soll "hide and seek" zu spielen oder dass sie ihn verstört (confuse): sie ist doch ganz klar - sie ist mit nem anderen zusammen und ich finde nirgends im text einen hinweis darauf, dass sie dem lyrischen Ich versprechungen oder hoffnungen macht. der einzige, der sich - vermutlich völlig aussichtslos - hoffnungen macht ist das lyrische Ich.

ein paar sprachliche sachen noch - auch wenn ein rap-text sehr viele möglichkeiten läßt, sind mir ein paar sachen aufgefallen, die ein bißchen denglisch wirken:

das every thought könnte man gut weglassen

confuse und ignore müssen mit einem objekt verbunden werden: wen oder was ignoriert oder verwirrt sie?

bei so einem text und song wird natürlich eine menge von dem gesang getragen, möglicherweise sind aber dem text bzw. der situation noch mehr aspekte abzugewinnen, die das ganze bereichern können: macht sich das lyrische Ich keine vorwürfe oder stellt sich fragen, warum sie gegangen ist, was es selbst falsch gemacht haben könnte? ist nicht wut auf den nebenbuhler bzw. jetzigen gefährten da? auch die geliebte wird nur in rosiges licht getaucht ... es steckt noch jede menge drin - es ist aber deine aufgabe als texter, zu entscheiden, worauf du den fokus legen und was du zeigen willst ...
