thema steht oben! wenn die band jemand nicht kennt dann kann ich die nur wärmstens empfehlen! die haben auch nur 1 album rausgebracht und dass bekommt man kaum noch irgendwo!! sind aber echt geil!

die haben doommelat gespielt aber sehr geilen (also besser als zB. My Dying Bride!)...also hört es euch an!

(aso ich müsst euch wohl was runterladen weils echt schwer ist was von denen zu bekommen!)

Doom Metal is n ziemlich großes genre.. mahcen se eher death doom (z.b. thergothon), goth doom (z.b. my dying bride - aus meiner sicht), klassischen doom (z.b. candlemass).. etc.

mann kanns nicht richtig beschreiben...ich würde das eher prog-doom mit death-elementen nennen! der gesang ist sehr ogiginell und sehr hoch...ich weiß ich kann nicht richtig sowas beschreiben soviel ich weiß sind sie aus USA haben 1991 ein Album rausgebracht "Condemned" und haben sich dann getrennt! jetzt soll es eine reunion geben und auch n neues album erscheinen! also man muss sie wirklich hören um zu sehen wie geil die sind! anspieltipp: eve of salvation vielleicht kann ich ne mp3 von denen hochladen...ma sehn!

ich kenn sie noch .... die waren irgendwann Anfang der ´90er auf Tour mit Entombed, Carcass (glaube ich) und noch ein paar Bands .....

Natürlich kennt man Confessor. Hab vor X Jahren mal ein Video von denen auf MTV gesehen bei Headbangers Balls "Godz of Grind", aber das hat schon gereicht...
Der Gesang ist schlicht gesagt Scheisse - tönt wie eine krächzende Sirene mit Stromschwankungen. Da zieht es einem die Magensäure bis in den Hals rauf, wenn man sich das antut...Sorry! Deswegen möchte ich auch nicht besprochen haben, in welche "Schublade" Confessor gehören, da dies jede Schublade beleidigen würde...tut mir leid.

Reunited CONFESSOR To Enter Studio In April - Feb. 26, 2004

Reunited North Carolina-based progressive metallers CONFESSOR will be performing at The Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh on March 13. The band will highlight new material during the show, which will include support sets from UNSOUND and AGE OF DESPAIR.

CONFESSOR will be entering the studio for the first time in 11 years in April to record new material for a demo to be released this spring. In addition, they will be aggressively shopping the demo to record labels.

CONFESSOR split up in the early '90s after releasing one full-length album (1991's "Condemned") and EP (1992's "Confessor"), with the with the rhythm section going on to form FLY MACHINE. CONFESSOR reformed in 2002 following the death of guitarist Ivan Colon, who passed away due to cardiac complications.
