Hello dear Proprietor,
I'm Mauro Hector, pro-guitarist and i'd like to request your very urgent support pls.
Recently a friend of mine bought to me as gift the branded-new Tiborange Lead Tube Overdrive pedal pedal during his Germany working trip.
During a gig ma pedal suddenly stopped. Using a professional multimeter I tested everything as jacks, cables, pots, etc...All is perfect. I tested the 127vac ( 9vac) power supply and it's perfect too. I changed the 2x 12AX7 tubes and unfortunately no way ! There's no effects or sound and the pedal is dead ! I don't touched on the circuit unit. I hope you can help me asap please ! I'm worried sick about.
Since around here there's no pro tech support nor dealers yours i sent it back ma dead unit to you on June.20th.2009... i sent it by Economic Regular Post .
Well, Troubles ahead...according the Postmaster my dead unit will take so long time more than 90 working days to arrive there in Germany due to Brasil Governement/Customs exigences and hard laws about electronics...I'm musician and i couldn't to buy other pedal 'cos i haven't money conditions for and i can't be waiting "forever" for 'cause i really need it back to work...Could ya send me a new replacement while my defective unit is on the way please ? I really trust you can help me in meantime please!
Just to avoid Gov't Devolution or Confiscation (Seizures) and High Taxing Tributation (60% over!) i'd like to ask ya to follow these important "Steps" please:
1- Just send the replacement throught regular post (trackable if possible) , never trough delivery co.'s
2- Please if possible declare a simbolical low worth on the Invoice,
3- The most important ! Please declare as Sender your Own Person name and not Co. name 4 the same reasons explained above.
I'll be waiting very worried sick for your urgent help.
