Audio beginner looking for initial support in Munich for Cubase Elements 12 + EVO 16/SP8 (Audient)

Hello - my name is Mike (in Fürstenfeldbruck). I am a beginner with Audio Tech - I use a Cubase Elements 12 combined with an EVO 16 Pre-Amp (+ SP 8) to record my acoustic drums with 16 Mics - I am really struggling to get my set up into grips because of my technical ignorance (particualrly with Cubase). Is there anyone competent out there in MUNICH, feeling at home with this kind of set up, who could actively support me in using it until I get it under a reasonible level of control?
